Run the systems behind our website, accounts and licensing.
About the role
You'll keep our online services secure, reliable and simple to operate, and help them scale as we grow.
What you'll do
- Operate and improve our cloud services, databases and storage.
- Manage backups, access controls, monitoring and alerting.
- Plan for capacity and reliability.
- Take part in incident response.
- Keep systems documented and easy to run.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years running production infrastructure.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform.
- Solid understanding of networking, DNS and TLS.
- Experience with databases and backups.
Nice to have
- Experience with serverless or edge platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure as code.
Location
This role is remote within the United States. You must live in and be authorized to work in the US.
