Help businesses find out whether our software is right for them, and make buying it easy.
About the role
You'll work with professional teams evaluating our software, from first conversation through purchase. We sell honestly: if we're not the right fit, we say so.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads.
- Run product demos for small and mid-sized teams.
- Guide customers through trials, quotes and purchasing.
- Keep accurate records in a CRM.
- Share customer feedback with the product team.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years selling software to businesses.
- Clear, confident communication, in writing and on calls.
- Organized, with a track record of following through.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to law firms, healthcare practices or HR teams.
- Familiarity with security and privacy questions buyers ask.
Location
This role is remote within the United States. You must live in and be authorized to work in the US.
